Our client is a leading national charity aimed at providing learning services to children.

As Customer Service Assistant, you will provide a broad range of administrative duties in support of the Business Development team.
You will respond to incoming calls and emails from both parents and speech and language specialists.
You will also be responsible for stock levels, relating to the charities marketing and information products.

This is a varied role, which will offer numerous training and development opportunities including:
- MS Excel
- Mail Chimp (marketing software)
- Social Media
- Sales strategy
- CRM usability
and an ability to analyse business performance.

Candidates with extensive customer service and admininstration experience is essential.
