Customer Service and Experience Officer

TPP are working with an award winning University based in East London to recruit for a Customer Service and Experience Officer. You'll be first point of contact for customers, taking responsibility for all enquiries made and handling them in a professional manner, so it's therefore imperative you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

As part of this role, you'll also work in an administrative and project officer capacity, assisting key stakeholders within the University to support local and business wide projects as appropriate. You'll be inquisitive by nature and have the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess experience working within a Higher Education environment in a customer service and/or project focussed position. You'll have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and the ability to prioritise during busy periods.

Please note, this vacancy requires candidates to work in shift patterns from Monday to Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 10pm. 36.5 hours per week.
