We are working with a fantastic charity based in London to recruit an experienced Customer Experience Lead the successful candidate will have a strong background and knowledge around customer insight and journeys.

Main duties for the Customer Experience Lead:
Define and map customer journeys from service offering to customer experience
Work with colleagues within insight and evaluation
Devise and deliver attraction campaigns to attract new customers
Work closely with marketing and communications departments to identify new customers and products
Support new product development process
Promote best practice in delivering excellent customer experience across the organisation

Essential criteria for the Customer Experience Lead:
Experience of mapping, delivering and maintaining customer journeys
Knowledge of measuring and improving customer experience
Experience of marketing campaign management
Knowledge of marketing within a services environment
Ability to work with marketing teams to create template activity for new product searches
