We are working with a well-known national membership organisation to recruit a CRM Training and Support Officer. Working closely with the Head of IT you will be an energetic and charismatic individual who will provide operational support; assist with data/application analysis required in future projects; and become the applications expert - especially the CRM, Access thankQ.
Main duties for the CRM Training and Support Officer:
Provide day-to-day application support (primarily MS Office; thankQ; Zoom; Intranet; JotForm)
Become the organisation's UK CRM expert/champion
Provide IT and data protection training and documentation for end-users
Increase awareness and confidence across the organisation of business applications
Assist with business analysis work, using Excel
Identify, investigate and escalate system issues
Hold regular end-user meetings to discuss processes, support and training
The main thing you will need for this role is to be a confident people engager. This will be essential when delivering training and understanding the needs of the various teams across the organisation. Having a background in helping others in an organisation with CRM and data support will be a key criteria for you to stand out from other applicants.
