A dynamic and forward-thinking membership body are currently seeking a CRM Project Officer to support the Business Improvement Lead in the on-going development and management of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a significant support role which will best suit someone with experience of project management, CRM systems (experience of MS Dynamics desirable), internal user engagement, supplier engagement, documentation creation and systems testing.
- Experience of working within a systems-based environment, as well as knowledge of the workings of a membership organisation/charity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365 is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of data, its purpose and importance within an organisation.
- Project management skills including stakeholder and supplier engagement.
You will be immediately available and comfortable working remotely. Candidates do not need to be London based to apply for this role.
