An established Membership Body are seeking a CRM Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for MS dynamics database and will be developing CRM strategy for the organisation.

 

Main duties for the CRM Manager:

  • Support and advise the senior management team to develop a CRM strategy
  • Ensure high quality reporting of business intelligence
  • Ensure high quality training and support for users
  • Maintain appropriate infrastructure and software for MS dynamics CRM

 

Essential criteria for the CRM Manager:

  • Prince 2 qualified
  • Extensive knowledge within data protection
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience of managing CRM systems ideally MS Dynamics
  • Knowledge of managing integrations between CRM and other systems
  • Knowledge of analysing business processes
  • Knowledge of designing and delivering training within this area
  • Management or supervisory experience
