A Leading Children's charity is currently seeking 2 x CRM Import Officers to join their team in central London over the build up to the busy Christmas period.
Key accountabilities:
- Supporting the loading of Christmas imports, ensuring that all data is accurate and loaded to schedule
- Merging organisation and contact records to ensure there is just one record per supporter
- Supporting the Import & Integrity Execs with any manual corrections required on the CARE_ng database
- Meeting set targets to ensure visibility to the teams within Fundraising of the performance/status of imports
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, e.g. correct capture of Gift Aid Declarations, true & proper capture of Data Protection preferences
- Supporting the running of well-established imports to upload data onto the CARE database so that all supporter transactions, preferences, contact details and other data are continually updated and always accurate
- Managing your own work, balancing routine tasks with more complex projects so that both achieve their goals.

- Demonstrable knowledge of relational databases. Knowledge of the CARE database would be an advantage
- Proven experience in carrying out repetitive work to a high standard

- Resourceful, flexible with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads to meet tight deadlines
