TPP are recruiting an CRM Data planning Executive for a Children's charity on a 12 month contract.

market-leading technologies, incorporating exciting new digital datasets, and all framed within a suite of ground-breaking CRM strategies.
The main purpose of this role is to provide data planning expertise to the many direct marketing teams throughout the organisation.
If you are keen to use your expert data knowledge to ensure that data imports and marketing selections deliver optimised return on investment, and are keen to develop your knowledge of tools such as Adobe Campaign Manager, Oracle SQL, Care, Talend, and FastStats, this Data Planning Executive role could be the perfect fit.
Some of the key accountabilities will be:
As a source of expert knowledge, provide data planning expertise to Fundraising and Advocacy teams to facilitate the optimisation of all activities, e.g. testing strategies, targeting and segmentation opportunities and insightful interpretation of data, data management and reports.
Assist in the implementation of new technology initiatives that will enable enhanced data capability for the team, e.g. automation of regular supporter communications, improved insight capabilities.
Development of Adobe Campaign Manager selections (an automation tool), Data Virtualisation, testing, and implementation of digital platforms.
Assist in planning processes within the organisation in order to better manage the delivery of key strategic initiatives and campaigns throughout the year
Provide relevant, accurate and timely data selections to enable exceptional communications to our supporters
To succeed you will be capable of demonstrating:
Must be able to demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills within a data driven environment
Must be able to demonstrate application of technical skills and professional expertise
Experience of working in a Fundraising or Marketing environment.
Experience creating logical queries to select audiences for marketing communications
Experience building reports and providing commentary to inform marketing strategy and data selections
