We are working with a growing Membership organisation to recruit a CRM Coordinator on a fixed term contract of 1 year.
The successful candidate will implement the membership functionality within the new CRM and website and quality assure the delivery of these key strategic changes.
Main duties for the CRM Coordinator:
Act as the membership lead on the new website and CRM implementation project
Support the modernisation and implementation of membership processes
Carry out user acceptance testing (UAT)
Work with senior colleagues to develop member facing online self-service functionally
Quality assure and reconfigure member focussed systems
Deliver CRM/CMS reporting within membership
Deliver data migration
Essential criteria CRM Coordinator:
Strong CRM experience
Experience of process mapping and documenting processes
Knowledge of MS Dynamics
Experience of configuring a new CMS
Knowledge of online payment systems
Knowledge of GDPR
