We are working with a well-known charity to recruit a CRM Administrator; the successful candidate will provide development on the charity's CRM and other systems they are using. This role is for a 12-month contract with possible extension.
Main duties for the CRM Administrator:
Development of the CRM & systems
Provide data selections
Capture, analyse and translate requirements
Troubleshooting and resolving issues of the database
Essential criteria for the CRM Administrator:
Experience of writing complex SQL
Selecting and advising on data segmentation
Experience of using reporting tools
Good knowledge of data protection
Strong database administering experience
Experience of writing and implementing policies
