A leading professional body who have a desire for social justice are recruiting for a CPD and Online Resources Manager for a maternity leave for a minimum of 9months with the potential to extend for 12. The role will be for 30hours a week, across 5days and they do offer flexitime working arrangements.
Coming from a membership body background, you will be responsible for the ongoing design and delivery of online learning resources which meets the needs of the association to make them the provider of choice for members as well as raise the standards of their practice and contribute to the growth and retention of their membership.
With experience of managing a small team, you will lead a team of two technical experts to develop, implement and review the CPD strategy to deliver CPD and online learning resources through the CPD hub, digital learning platform & on website as well as lead, support and motivate departmental staff, to build and sustain an effective team capable of achieving departmental and organisational objectives.
You will have experience of designing and developing learning resources and an understanding of learning and development and learning technologies in order to continuously assess the market and conduct competitor analysis to identify new CPD opportunities and make recommendations to the business to ensure their CPD remains innovative, relevant and competitive. You will also identify and develop innovative CPD products and services and using technological solutions, ensuring these remain relevant and accessible for the membership.
You will also have a commercial outlook in order to meet financial targets and review and analyse the impact of delivered online learning resources to assess the uptake and effectiveness and ensure the CPD offering to members is aligned to the organisational strategy, the needs of the profession and members.
You will have excellent project management skills for managing multiple everyday projects as well as taking a proactive lead in the development and implementation of a new LMS system.
