Corporate Planning and Performance Officer

TPP are working on behalf of a health charity who are looking to recruit a Corporate Planning and Performance Officer to join their team for a fixed term contract of 21 months.

Main duties for the Corporate Planning and Performance Officer:
Mapping the organisations current planning processes and
Coordinate planning and reporting processes that cross all departments
Provide quality assurance plans and reports
Cofacilitating workshops and meetings
Conduct business analysis to investigate ideas or problems
Provide quality assurance of the corporate business plan and annual operating plan
Maintain corporate performance dashboards and reports

Essential criteria for the Corporate Planning and Performance Officer:
Educated to degree level of equivalent
Practical experience using basic tools and processes of business analysis, including stakeholder analysis, documenting organisational structure, systems and processes
Experience within planning and management of projects to deliver against a set of requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
