An International Membership organisation are seeking a Corporate Planning and Performance Manager to join their newly created team.

Key areas of work for the Corporate Planning and Performance Manager:

Professional advice and standards
Corporate planning
Corporate performance management
Reporting and communication
Management of KPI's
Providing professional support services
Development of cross cutting strategy, setting and monitoring corporate standards, planning and measuring organisational performance
Developing a high performance culture

Essential criteria for the Corporate Planning and Performance Manager:
Successful track record within corporate planning, performance and KPI management
Experience of developing and implementing planning, performance and risk management systems
Experience of developing/ commissioning in house training and coaching teams to embed a robust performance culture
Practical knowledge of risk management with the ability to develop and maintain organisational risk logs/ systems
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong project management skills
