TPP is proud to be recruiting for a regional Partnerships Development Manager for a leading and national cancer charity. The position is permanent, working 35 hours a week, paying £34,638 - £36,803 and home-based with regular travel throughout a designated region (SW England and Wales).

The main aim of the role is to develop a high value pipeline of new corporate partnership opportunities. You will focus on developing partnerships (strategic or COTY) up to around £100k per annum with high profile companies or brands. You will work closely with the Lead Partnerships Development Manager, community fundraising and the wider corporate fundraising team. From this, you will coach and support the community fundraising team to raise COTY partnerships worth £15k to £25k.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of generating new business in the charity sector and securing significant partnerships valued at c£50k+ pa. You will have significant exposure of building COTY relationships between commercial and non-profit organisations and delivering winning pitches. Finally, you will have excellent communication skills to engage and enthuse senior stakeholders with the aims of the charity.
