The TPP Fundraising and Development team are supporting a prominent international organisation working with young people with the search for a Fundraising Manager. Focusing on corporate fundraising, with a split of 70% new business and 30% account management, this role will work from the charity's London office and will report into the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
Working with Corporates that are aligned to this charity's vision and purpose, the role will focus on:
- implementing strategic partnerships team strategy to identify, cultivate and engage new corporate partners.
- renewing, developing and diversifying the support from existing corporate partners - requiring close stewardship, regular reporting, and work to find new ways to engage and inspire corporates to provide further support
- developing creative and innovative fundraising propositions for corporate partners
- researching and then engaging/networking to identify strategic partners
With a primary focus on new business, to be considered you will bring a proven track record in negotiating and securing significant high value corporate partnerships, as well as demonstrable success in developing relationships and influencing senior internal/external role will suit a candidate with experience in either not for profit corporate fundraising teams or in developing private sector partnerships. You'll be an excellent communicator, possess strong financial management skills, and have the ability to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leaders.
