Our client is a city-based, not for profit professional membership organisation with charitable status.
They are recruiting a COO to cover a 10-13 month maternity contract. Although this a full time role, there is scope to work four days.
Within this executive role, you will play a key role on the senior management team, responsible for Corporate Governance, Quality, Facilities, H&S and overarching supervision of their various change projects.
Within the next 12 months, you will have an opportunity to complie business cases, complete a governance review, extensive Trustee engagement and the allocation of skills and resources regarding a variety of internal projects.
This is a role that provides the glue for the wider organisation, with a headcount of approx. 50, it's important that you have experience working within a similar role and similar size orgainisation, to ensure you are sympathetic to the sometimes-limited resources at your disposal.
Managing a small team of three and reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will work collaboratively alongside four other Directors.
