A University in North London are looking for a Conversion and CRM officer to join their marketing team and take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging and innovative communications across prospective student's journeys. This is being offered on a three month fixed term contract in the first instance.
You will be a key support in the implementation of the University's student recruitment marketing strategy with responsibility for creating and re-purposing content and the segmentation, testing, delivery and analysis of all prospective student marketing communications. You will ensure the delivery of these communications have a measurable and positive impact on student recruitment, as well as taking ownership for the delivery of specific online student recruitment events and activities through social media. As well as managing and overseeing the work and training of the Course Ambassadors, you will also carry out segmentation and marketing lead management.
In order to make a success of this role, you will have significant experience of working in a marketing communications role and using a CRM system, as well as knowledge of the Higher Education sector. You will have excellent copywriting skills with the ability to delivery top quality written communications and experience of communicating these with complex stakeholder groups.
