A University in North London are looking for a Conversion and CRM Coordinator to join their marketing team and ensure the smooth running of the University's conversion and engagement campaigns. This is being offered on a three month fixed term contract in the first instance.
You will create and test email campaigns providing suggestions in relation to copy, formatting and creative to ensure maximum engagement and impact. Within the CRM system, you will ensure appropriate segmentation of complex data, building targets and relevant filters to ensure accuracy when sending email campaigns. As well as supporting in the development and maintenance of web landing pages, you will also develop online forms in order to capture details of enquirers to the University.
In order to make a success of this role, you will have worked in an administrative and customer service function within a complex organisation and have extensive experience of using large CRM systems. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the prospective student lifecycle and an understanding of customer relationship management and email marketing.
