A well-established Debt Advise organisation are seeking a Contracts and Quality Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience of contract and stakeholder management within the financial services industry.

main duties for the Contracts and Quality Manager:
Providing effective management of the debit advice operations work streams
Ensuring quality assurance approach is utilised for systems
External stakeholder management
Ensuring quality assurance approach is utilised for all systems
Designing and agreeing the strategic operational approach for delivery of longer term service
Stakeholder management
Managing quality of services providing by external stakeholders
Leading a small team and developing high performing colleagues

Essential criteria for the Contracts and Quality Manager:
Understanding of the debit advice landscape with exposure to local authority, major grant giving charity
Experience of establishing and operating strategies, plans and quality assurance approaches for major funded delivery arrangements
Ability to analyse complex data, draw insight conclusions, produce reports and make recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision makers
Experience of standards development
Change management experience
Strong project management experience
Commercial contract experience
Excellent stakeholder management experience
