A leading youth charity are recruiting for a Construction Tutor to plan, deliver and manage learning programmes for complex and vulnerable students plan aged 15-18.
You will be an influential part of a team who work together to shape each learner's education, social and cognitive development directly as well as through positive relationships with parent/carers, external agencies and other stakeholders.

As someone who has significant experience in teaching and either holds a teaching qualification or is willing to work towards one you will use a range of teaching and learning strategies and resources in line with the Centre's teaching and learning policy adapted to learners' individual needs.
Due to the nature of the students you will have previously worked with young people who have complex, high behaviour and learning needs and have the behaviour management experience to allow learners to achieve their potential.
