About the role
A leading international education provider for UK universities and higher education institutions is looking for a Compliance Officer to provide administrative support to team members in the Compliance and Quality department. This is a full-time role based in the London Docklands, offering flexible working arrangements and great benefits including 30 days annual leave.

As the Compliance Officer, you will work alongside the Head of Compliance & Quality managing personal calendars, planning and scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. You will handle client communications in a professional manner, helping to maintain or build a good relationship with them. You will also manage Excel master sheets, be involved with student screening interviews, provide email inbox support when needed, and support the wider team with general administration duties.

You will have the following skills and experience:
* Excellent communicator and articulate
* Strong understanding of all Microsoft programmes, especially Excel
* Excellent organisation and time management skill
* Previous administrative experience
* Ability to work and remain calm under pressure
* Ability to understand and adapt to change
