An innovative awarding body are recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support their CEO in monitoring compliance and investing in developing other staff members in the importance of maintaining a strong level of compliance and exceeding relevant regulators’ conditions and requirements. This is a new role for the organisation with an immediate start in central Bradford.
Liaising with several qualification regulators and training providers in the UK you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory confidence in the AO, ensuring that the organisation is responsive to current and long term changes, responding to regulatory queries and ensuring regulatory compliance.
As someone who has excellent ideas around standards and can put forward their own ideas and debate and discuss these you will be instrumental in managing policies and procedures as well as operational systems and management.
You will be a people person working across the organisation from business development through to customer service as well as working closely with working groups and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities and continuously drive improvement within the organisation.
