Our client is a leading regulatory body and they are recruiting an experienced Complaints Officer.
On any given day you will handle a broad range of profession-specific complaints from the public, delivering outstanding customer service from the first point of contact to resolution.
You will have direct responsibility for a specific caseload of enquiries, ensuring you respond within a given time frame, logging each stage of the process with accuracy.
You will also have an opportunity to work closely with voluntary panel members and represent the regulator at external conferences and events.
