The TPP Fundraising and Development team are supporting a London-based health charity with the search for a Community Fundraising Project Manager. This is a permanent role in a successful and well-established Community and Events team - in this post, you will manage a small team (2 staff) that leads on community fundraising projects across the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate.
Specifically you will:
- Lead projects from inception to delivery - including planning, budgeting, managing stakeholders, reporting on cost, risks/opportunities etc.
- Produce engaging on and off-line fundraising products, tools and materials including online platforms, fundraising packs and mass engagement products for a community fundraising audience
- Using audience and sector insight with the aim creating an excellent supporter experience and generating income growth
- Monitor and evaluate outgoing communications from the centralised Community Fundraising Support Function ensuring quality and timelines to ensure a great supporter experience
In order to be considered for this role, you will have prior line management experience, be knowledgeable about the principles and practices of community fundraising, be a pro-active relationship builder and ideally have experience of managing third party suppliers. You will be experienced in using audience insight to inform the development of fundraising materials, products and mass marketing communications.
