Are you a successful Community Fundraiser looking for an opportunity to manage a small team?
Are you looking for a new opportunity where you will work within a very proactive and ambitious environment?

The TPP Fundraising team are working with a leading cancer charity who are looking for a Community Fundraiser to join their team, and to help them identify and develop fundraising initiatives which engage community groups and schools, and which raise both awareness and income for this charity.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering first class stewardship to develop long-lasting relationships with the community groups and schools as well as identifying new prospects and converting them to new supporters for the charity.

You will work closely with the Senior Community Fundraising Manager to agree budgets and produce monthly income reports and line manage the Community Fundraising Officer in order to achieve maximum income.

Key responsibilities:

* Identify opportunities to raise awareness of the Charity, including giving talks and presentations, attending local events and networking events.
* Monitor income on a monthly basis and contribute to reforecasting. Identify areas of concern and where there might be potential for growth.
* Work with other teams within the charity in order to maximise best practice and supporter experience

To be considered for this fantastic role, you will have a strong track record of community fundraising with experience in securing financial support from community organisations, groups and schools.

You will also need strong relationship building skills, be a problem-solver with the ability to work proactively and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
