Are you an enthusiastic, tenacious and experienced community fundraiser?
Are you happiest when multi-tasking whilst raising the most income possible for a charity you are passionate about?
Reporting directly to the Director of Fundraising, you will be part of a fantastic team of four and a wider team of twelve. The team and culture is lively, professional and fun.
The post of Community Fundraising Manager supports the Charity’s continued growth. You will be working to an existing, well-developed community fundraising plan which includes local business, community groups, schools and universities and individuals. If you have a successful track record of community fundraising this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, vibrant and ambitious charity.
You will deliver agreed budgets, targets and income by supporting and delivering the charity’s fundraising plans and strategies in line with the charity’s strategy. You will be hands on, supporting as well as contributing to the development of a range of existing fundraising activities, new initiatives and markets.
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hrs per week
Contract: 12 months Maternity Cover
