Are you an inspirational people manager with an eye for creating innovative fundraising initiatives?

Would you relish the challenge of breathing new life into an already successful team?

We are working with a well-loved local charity in Manchester to recruit a gifted Community Fundraising Manager to reinvigorate the community fundraising team. As Community Fundraising Manager it will be your responsibility to ensure the creative ideas of your team are transformed into successful events and campaigns. You will drive forward the fundraising strategy to develop income and grow donor retention. It will be your responsibility to ensure your team hit their income targets and KPI’s and continue to thrive under your leadership.

Location: Manchester

Salary: £26,202 - £35,225 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
