Opportunity to join a first-class international charity as part of their busy regional fundraising team across London and the South East.

The TPP Fundraising and Development team are supporting this top charity with the search for a Community Fundraising & Engagement Manager. You will manage a portfolio across multiple income streams with a slightly larger focus on partnerships account management and acquisition. This role will be remote for the first few months, but travel will then be expected across the geography, where you will:

  • Grow multi-income streams such as corporate, individuals, groups and volunteers through acquisition and strong stewardship across London and the South East.

  • Manage partnerships in the region of £30,000 and work closely with the corporate team to grow the regional corporate pipeline.

  • Contribute to fundraising income reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

To be considered for this role, you will bring new business acquisition and account management experience. You will be a strong relationship builder at your core, who is organised and driven to make a difference. Prior fundraising experience is beneficial but is not essential for this role.

To apply, please send through an updated CV in the first instance - a member of the TPP Fundraising and Development team will then be in touch with further details relating to the role, organisation and application process. Alternatively, contact Sema Hussein via fundraising@tpp.co.uk to arrange a confidential conversation.

We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
