A unique opportunity has presented itself to work at a fantastic childrens charity as a Community Events Assistant. This 10 month contract will focus on key calendar events ranging from awards to marathons.
Main duties for the Community Events Assistant:
Overal multiple event execution and organisation.
Effective planning and marketing of events including social media.
Report work and general admin.
Table planning, travel booking and data input
Stakeholder management and relationship development.
Essential criteria for the Community Events Assistant:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in a similar role.
Strong time management, organisational and detail attention skills
Highly desirable: working knowledge of Raiser's Edge.
