Community & Events Fundraising Administrator - Temporary ASAP start

Short description of role
Our client a mental health charity are seeking a : Community & Events Fundraising Administrator to join the team at a busy time, you will be responsible for helping the Community & Events Fundraising team provide a fantastic experience for supporters by delivering excellent administration and stewardship on community and events fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the team to maintain high standards of customer/supporter care by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and appropriately, sending out materials and information as requested
  • Deal with incoming phone calls and simple queries on day-to-day basis and particularly in response to the increased volume of incoming calls following any large-scale events or promotional activity

Essential Criteria

  • Relevant experience of working within fundraising, supporter care and customer focus environments
  • Relevant experience in administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills by telephone, email and face to face
  • Knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of computerised databases including entering and recording data, including attention to detail and accurate record keeping
