This role will be leading on the content strategy and case studies for the charity, developing communications across a variety of media for a variety of audiences including major giving individuals, trusts and grant makers, and philanthropists.
You will work as part of a new team created to engage donors and build long lasting relationships in which they are kept up to date and informed of the work the charity does.
You will be working within a team of 11, reporting to the Head of Supporter Management, and leading a team of two case creation officers. You will work with a variety of teams across the organisation including the creative studio, brand marketing and digital teams to create cause related narrative and creative materials for fundraisers. You will be working on a variety of different projects - from commissioning audio visual resources to producing case studies, to creating content and copy for emails for other teams.
So what are we looking for from you?
- Experience in working in a communications environment delivering communications for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent understanding of how to integrate digital communications into a communications plan and strategy.
- Experience in line management would be ideal.
