A well-established professional body are seeking a Committee Administrator to join their small yet busy team.
Main duties for the Committee Administrator:
To provide Administrative support services to the committee
To ensure agendas and minutes are circulated to the committee
To minute and support meetings
To coordinate venue bookings including catering and facilities
Set up tele conferences
Essential criteria for the Committee Administrator:
Proven office administration experience
Ability to multi task and coordinate meetings and events
Experience of providing administration a committee
Excellent communication skills
