An established membership organisation are seeking an experienced Committee Administrator to join their education and exams team.

Main duties for the Committee Administrator:
Providing administration experience to the director of education
Liaise with external agencies to produce reports and stats on performance
Provide event administration experience
Working closely with the membership team to support retention and growth
Committee management, agenda setting, circulating, minutes and follow ups
Arrange and coordinate all internal and external meetings
Produce performance reports on internal events and courses
Project coordination and support

Essential criteria for the Committee Administrator:
Strong administration experience ideally within a membership organisation
Committee servicing and administering experience
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Project coordination and support experience
Strong MS office experience
Excellent coordination skills
