A Professional Body based near old street tube station is seeking an experienced team administrator to work alongside their Office Manager in delivering support to colleges and Chairs on a permanet basis.
Main duties for the College Administrator:
Taking minutes and preparing agendas.
To provide administrative support and coordination.
Meeting coordination and processing correspondence.
Setup teleconferences and stakeholder engagement.
Essential criteria for the College Administrator:
Experience of organising meetings, minute taking and compiling agendas.
High level of attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a similar role within the chairty sector.
