Position: Clinic Manager

Location: NW London area (Close to Baker Street/St John's Wood)

Contract: Permanent Full time – 40hours per week

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Start Date: Starting ASAP (March/April 2017)

 

TPP's client is a Private Cosmetic Clinic based near Baker Street area is currently seeking a Clinic Manager to start as soon as possible. Please see a brief desctiption and ideal requirements for the successful candidate below:

 

Some of the major duties will include:

Acting as CQC Representative for the clinic

Managing the clinical and non clinical staff inlcluding nurses, coordinators and other practitioners

Cost controland profit and loss management

HR, staff developmentand change management

Working to clinic targets and deadlines

 

The clinic is ideally seeking a candidate with the following experience and knowledge:

Experience working within cosmetic surgery/non surgical treatmentswould be highly desirable

Experience with and knowledge of the CQC

Experience in managing patient journey

Profit and Loss Management experience

HR and Team management experience

Experience working in a target focussed environment
