A full-time Family Support Worker job in Aylesbury for a large and established Charity.

A large and leading registered Charity dedicated to providing help & support services to children across the UK.
The Charity is dedicated to its high quality support and is passionate about doing what is right for each and every child.
Your new job
As the Family Support Worker, you will be working across a cluster of services supporting children, young people and families.
You will be part of the close-knit team delivering services to improve the outcomes of children and their families.
You will lead activities based in the Centres and outreach venues and motivate the children to have a positive experience. Activities can include things such as bowling, cinema and adventure playgrounds.
You will also be required to work with children and families in their own homes to deliver evidenced based interventions.
You will be offered a 37 hour per week contact on until March 2018. You will be offered a salary of a little under £16,200per annum, a generous mileage scheme, a leading training scheme and internal staff perks.
You will hold demonstrable experience of engaging and supporting transitions for young people with a genuine passion for promoting the emotional and social growth of children.
You will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and have your own vehicle.
An enhanced DBS is required for this role, if you currently hold an enhanced certificate on The Update Service, this may be beneficial.
