An established professional association are looking for a Change Manager to join the team on a fixed term contract basis for 3-6 months.
As Change Manager, you will be overseeing and managing a number of projects aimed at transforming the way they are structured both financially and organisationally. The initial phase of this programme of change will focus on procuring professional advice in relation to their pension, property and legacy financial structures. The Programme Manager will oversee and pull these strands of work together with a view to presenting options to the Board of Trustees in summer 2021. You will also develop a project plan and associated project documentation such as budget, risk and communications plans for future phases of the programme.
You will have extensive experience managing organisational change projects as well as experience working with Trustee Boards.
