TPP is working with a leading national disability charity to recruit for a Challenge Events + Community Marketing Executive. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, successful events team as their go-to marketing guru. This year the team were the charity of choice for a large third party event and have seen a dramatic increase in participant awareness and brand recognition, and want to capitalise on this and use spectacular marketing to pull in more supporters.
The Challenge Events and Community Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
*Developing event communication with consistent messaging and branding
*Ensure the programme of events is successfully marketed and communicated to maximise ROI and exposure
*Increase supporter base (geographically and demographically)
*Ensure recruitment targets, as well as attrition and expenditure, are managed
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience of copy writing across a range of communications
*Proven track record of developing and delivering marketing and communication plans that deliver a demonstrable ROI
*Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering a social media plan
*A strong ability to manage financial budgets
*Knowledge of the community and challenge event market and ability to identify openings and opportunities
