The TPP Recruitment team are supporting a leading London-based disability charity with the search for a Challenge Events Officer. Working as part of a successful, tight-knit team, this role will project manage 3 key third-party challenge events for the charity by managing supporter recruitment and maximising income through first class supporter stewardship. Currently the income budget for these events is approx £100,000-200,000.
In this role you will
- deliver effective marketing and communication campaigns for each event
- find and share stories that bring the event to life for supporters
- plan, write and deliver effective supporter stewardship journeys across multiple channels
- manage budgets for your projects
To be considered for this role, you will have prior experience of working with challenge events fundraising, and also knowledge of best practice relating to supporter marketing campaigns and supporter stewardship. You will be comfortable managing projects, be a team player and calm when working under pressure.
