TPP is proud to be partnering with a leading children's hospice charity to recruit for a Challenge Events Fundraiser on a 12-month maternity cover. The role is paying up to £34k.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the charities popular bespoke events. Such events include a fire walk, a 10km walk which raises over £250k each year and a new and upcoming stadium "stomp". You will be working on the branding of the 10km walk with the Head of Challenge Events and Marketing Team. The income target for this role will be £210k for the 18/19 financial year.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in challenge events fundraising. From this, you will be experienced in planning and organising challenge events working as part of a team. Furthermore, you will have a good track record to working to or exceeding financial targets. Finally, you will have an appreciation for marketing techniques, including digital and social media.
