Women in Sport is recruiting for a new Chair of Trustees.
Our current Chair, Sally Hancock, is stepping down after four years, and we are looking for a new chair to take on this critical leadership role during a time of significant opportunity for the charity.
This is a high profile public role where your visible leadership, enthusiasm and drive will help us make a huge impact by increasing the visibility of women’s sport, in the media and in everyday life.
Preferably you will be a skilled chair and strategic leader with a track record of success. Politically and commercially astute, you will be committed to working in partnership with people who work in sport. If you are passionate about raising the profile of women in sport and leading improvements to drive positive change and remove barriers in sport, we are keen to hear from you.
To apply please submit a CV and short covering letter (of no more than 2 sides of A4) explaining why you are interested in becoming the next chair and the level of commitment you are able to make in this voluntary role.
Please send this to firstname.lastname@example.org
Closing date: 9am, Monday 26th June 2017.
We value diversity at TPP and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
