A specialist awarding body which works across one of the UK's largest and growing industries is recruiting for a Centres Manager oversee the administration and compliance of their centres, ensuring existing centres remain compliant with the General Conditions of Recognition and ensure new centres are onboarded in accordance with the compliance processes whilst managing centre relationships efficiently and in a professional manner.
As someone who has strong Ofqual knowledge in regards to compliance, you will advise the line manager and RO on changes and interpretations as well as identify the need for change, design a suitable plan to meet the need and implement the subsequent changes across centres and internal processes and stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills as you will be the primary contact for all centres, host forums and meetings as well as communicate through written formats to all levels of seniority internally and externally. You will also maintain a delicate balance of ensuring a rigid process operates within centres whilst also building positive ongoing relationships with them, including having difficult conversations when necessary.
This role is perfect for someone who wishes to take on an autonomous, proactive approach to a role and is open to travelling when required in a role.
