Centre Quality and Certification Administration Coordinator

An awarding and examination body based in the heart of London but working on a worldwide scale are recruiting for a Centre Quality and Certification Administration Coordinator to work closely with the Assessment Coordinator and take responsibility for the day to day operations and customer service requirements for the organisation.

As someone who has a "can do" attitude and excellent attention to detail you will be supporting Ofqual related projects such as producing the quality reports which include the latest data and centre information, as well as assisting with the certification process.

You will have outstanding people and communication skills to investigate and solve centre, student and customer problems, suggestions, complaints, appeals and recommendations relating to services and portfolio information.

Ideally you will have an understanding and experience of working with Quartz (management information system) to input data, extract information and prepare reports as required, acting as the system's "super user" ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets customers needs as well as working with the external provider.

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for customer service and assessment logistics and can work well in a small but effective and efficient team.
