We are working with one of the most well established, known and respected Chartered Institutes to recruit for a Centre Engagement Lead who will lead qualifications delivery via the development and management of strong relationships with partner centres.
Managing a team of 4, you will deliver against operational and commercial targets, ensuring both customer service and standards are upheld. Lead the Centres Partnership Team, embedding a high performing culture to raise and maintain standards. Embed a partnership approach across the network built on collaboration, trust and the expectation of an exceptional student experience.
As someone who has a proven track record in qualifications delivery and extensive experience in stakeholder management and engagement you will manage and develop strong relationships with centres, and lead the review and implement the outcomes of the centre strategy to support innovation and improvement and to ensure that it is fit for purpose.
Coming from an awarding body, or similar, you will have a good understanding of educational frameworks and the requirements of educational regulatory bodies such as IfA, Ofqual etc in order to ensure processes are continually monitored and improvement plans put in place to maximise both operational efficiency and the centre experience. You will also lead on performance improvement projects with pace and focus - ensuring new ideas
land quickly and deliver demonstrable improvements.
You will also have substantial experience of leading a team and developing staff, as well as experience of successfully leading and managing change. You will have a commercial approach and outlook to identify opportunities to help promote and develop good internal relationships to enable delivery of the best possible service to centres.
