TPP are working with are delighted to be working with a community based charity that has been established for 40 years.

The purpose of this role:

To be responsible for the development and growth the centre and its core services in consistence with the vision, policies and principles of the association.
You will ensure that the services provided by the centre has enough beneficiaries and the assets like Halls and classes have financial viability.
The role will also require you to overlook smooth running and management of the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Some of the duties and responsibilities:
Review and develop strategies and initiatives to increase the range of services provided by the centre to the community
Advise and lead on identifying opportunities to develop income generation strategies and proposals.
Liaise with relevant organisations and partner agencies to develop and promote the centre's activities and identify future funding and service opportunities (e.g. health services, local authorities, community groups, education services)
Prepare proposals and reports as appropriate to achieve the above e.g. grant applications
Review and develop marketing and information resources to promote the services of the centre and social media and website maintenance
Be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all centre staff, including allocation and monitoring of work, performance appraisal and identification of training and development needs. Assist in the appointment of temporary staff as required.
Provide briefings, prepare reports and attend meetings of the Management Committee as required, regarding any aspect of the running of the centre.
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial resources, within agreed policies and procedures and to co ordinate the preparation of regular budget monitoring reports to the Management Committee.
