Capitals Appeals Manager

We are working with a Children’s Hospice to find a Capital Appeals Manager who will implement and manage the Capital appeal for the hospice. To work collaboratively within the Income Generation Department, building a healthy pipeline of major donor / high net worth individuals (HNWI) prospects, cultivating, stewarding, and soliciting gifts. Working across the organisation to co-ordinate the capital appeal, ensuring the internal and external stakeholders are engaged and informed. Driving income and being responsible for meeting targets, set out in the capital and major funding plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the following skills and experience:

Direct experience of working within fundraising and/or capital appeal

Experience of project management and reporting

Strong face to face relationship building skills

Proven track record of achieving income against agreed financial targets

Excellent oral and written presentation skills

A creative and lateral thinker

A full driving licence and own transport
