A public research university have recently opened a new London campus and have an exciting opportunity to be their new Campus Manager.

With this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Academic Studies and working closely with the Heads of Curriculum at the campus as well as other colleagues across the wider university group. You will have a vital part in helping to establish, grow and promote the reputation and reach of their new London Campus.

Whilst supporting the Head of Academic Studies and working closely with Heads of Curriculum, you will be creating and maintaining a high-quality environment that provides a setting for student recruitment targets to be achieved.

You will be working with colleagues across the university group, providing leadership and supporting their success in the growth of this exciting new campus. You will also be working with colleagues to ensure that all students and visitors receive a high standard of customer service in all interactions. This includes user experiences and communications, whilst assisting in ensuring a safe and healthy learning and working environment.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a teaching qualification and have experience of being in a management position in a large organisation with potentially an international focus. This role requires a high level of leadership with the Campus Manager being a point of contact working in collaboration with the wider university group.

You will also have experience of complex decision making as well as relationship building skills with stakeholders as this will be taken into consideration.

As this role is within Higher Education - it is important that you have substantial knowledge of Higher Education policy as well as knowledge of financial management.
