We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's most prestigious humanitarian organisations. This role will involve formal procurement, contract management and account setup. Working as part of a large team you will be integral in minimising risk across the board and at short notice. If you feel you are up to the challenge, then please apply. Key responsibilities for this Business Support Manager:
Account management, campaign briefing, quality assurance and record management for audits.
Deliver to a fixed budget, monitoring expenditure and reforecasting.
Supplier review against quality standards and SLA. (site visits as necessary)
Work closely cross departmentally to ensure delivery of effective service.
Give full assurance in respect of adherence to fundraising regulations.
Provide adhoc support on any emergency operational needs.
Essential criteria for this Business Support Manager:
Substantial experience in a similar role.
Outstanding negotiation skills to ensure value for money.
Excellent attention to detail , particularly in relation to copy and contract signoff.
Good understanding of audit control systems and financial risk management.
Good working knowledge of relational databases and other technologies used to manage supporters.
Experience of third party payment provider software/tools.
Understanding of current Fundraising legislation: Data Protection and Gift Aid.
