Business School Administrator

An international University are looking for an Administrator to join their business school in Kensington on an interim basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will report into the Dean of the Business School and be responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of the School.

As well as being the face of the School for students and staff, you will provide administrative support for an undergraduate and postgraduate programme ensuring a high level of quality assurance at all times. This will include collating and distributing school and programme documents, arranging and attending board meetings and preparing final degree classification spreadsheets. You will also be heavily involved in the exam coordination and assessment processes and the processing and monitoring of budgets. Furthermore, you will assist with any telephone enquiries and provide support to any students who need assistance.

In order to make a success of this role, you will have had administrative experience within a University in either the UK or the US, be very organised and have fantastic attention to detail. You will be able to work independently and prioritise tasks well.
