Our client is a recognised mental health charity who are going through an exciting time of change and growth. They currently have a brand new opportunity to join as their new Business Analyst on a permanent basis. The main purpose of your role will be to lead, develop and co-ordinate processes and mechanisms to ensure appropriate identification, interpretation and synthesis of data to inform business change activity and successfully execute end-to-end process management.

Key responsibilities for this Business Analyst:

Lead data and analysis definition requirements
Identify, analyse, and extensively document user stories (internal and external)
Provide technical support and advice to individual project managers
Lead the creation and implementation of robust evaluation frameworks to measure
Identify the best methods to introduce the change, creating all implementation and training
Manage Business Requirement change through the project lifecycle

Essential criteria for this Business Analyst:

CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) or any similar qualification
Lean Practitioner training or experience
Experience of working on multiple, high profile projects in a matrix service-delivery environment
Experience of using strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative data
Proficient with the selection and application of information gathering methods
Experience of working within a service delivery environment providing a data analyst function
